Merry-go-round Coat Rack

The recipients of the Dutch Design Awards 2009 were announced on Saturday. Wieke Somers was awarded the Golden Eye—the award for the best of the best—on account of her Merry-go-round coat rack, installed in 2008 for the Boijmans van Beuningen Museum in Rotterdam.

I Luv This Shoes

The navy blue suede shoe has been a difficult one to find. In combination with a red brick sole, we felt it was one of the most versatile year-round shoes. Made in England in collaboration with New York’s Mark McNairy we set out for our perfect casual shoe. The leather lining, custom stamp for Inventory Items, Goodyear welt and overall clean design came together perfectly this fall. We adjusted the width to a D, paired the navy suede with the red brick sole and offer you our first footwear collaboration.
